AI Campus and NAU join EMC
The European Mooc Consortium (EMC), the leading platform for MOOCs in Europe, is pleased to welcome AI Campus and NAU as its latest members.
The AI Campus is the learning platform for artificial intelligence with free and openly licensed online courses, videos and podcasts in various topics of AI and data literacy. NAU is an online project, pioneering at Portuguese national level, to support education and training, aimed at large audiences.

EMC welcomes new member iMooX
The European Mooc Consortium (EMC), the leading platform for MOOCs in Europe, is pleased to welcome iMooX as its latest member.
iMooX is the nationwide MOOC-platform in Austria, founded by Graz University of Technology (TU Graz) and the University of Graz.

Kick-off meeting EMC-LM project
On 23 & 24 January, the Kick-off meeting took place of the European MOOC Consortium-Labour Market project (EMC-LM). Herewith combining the world of education, training and the world of work.
The European MOOC Consortium (EMC) submitted a position paper with regard to the development of the Bologna Process and the European Area of Higher Education. Besides degree education, universities organise continuous education, continuous professional development and open education (MOOCS, OER). These sectors are still underdeveloped in many European countries, about failing to reach the ET2020 objectives (See the EU Education and Training Monitor), while they have to meet the new educational needs in the economy and in society.
